Enterprise Architect

About the role

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the future of its technology landscape and ensure every technology investment supports better care outcomes, operational efficiency and organisational growth. You will work across business, data, applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, cyber security and AI to define the technology roadmap and guide strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HammondCare's enterprise architecture strategy, target‑state architecture and technology roadmap.
• Lead architecture planning across business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, cyber security and AI domains.
• Establish and govern enterprise architecture principles, standards and reference architectures.
• Partner with executive and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into technology capabilities and investment priorities.
• Provide architecture leadership and assurance across major transformation, digital and technology initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, technical debt and duplication across the technology landscape.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations on technology investment and innovation opportunities.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker able to connect business strategy with technology delivery.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex technology environments.
• At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Lead Architecture or Technology Strategy leadership roles.

Required skills

• TOGAF, ArchiMate or Zachman certification.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, integration patterns and cyber security principles.
• Experience with AI concepts and enterprise platforms.
