Enrolled Nurse – Rural Hospital

About the role

Join a supportive rural hospital team in Scone, Upper Hunter, and develop a broad range of clinical skills. As an Enrolled Nurse you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses and the Nurse Unit Manager, delivering safe, evidence‑based, person‑centred care in a mixed medical‑surgical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care within your scope of practice.
• Manage a delegated patient load on the ward.
• Assist with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, compassionate Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months of clinical nursing experience.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care.
• Ability to work effectively within a supportive team.
