Enrolled Nurse – Permanent Part‑Time Relief (Merriwa, WA)

About the role

This permanent part‑time relief position offers flexible, varied shifts at Karri & Tuart Lodge, a 110‑bed residential care centre in Merriwa, WA. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing high‑quality aged‑care services while covering roster gaps such as annual leave and sick leave.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in assessing residents and developing individualized care plans.
• Deliver direct nursing care within your scope of practice.
• Monitor resident wellbeing, report changes, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support and supervise care staff to ensure safe, person‑centred care.
• Contribute to positive outcomes for residents and their families.

Required profile

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration in Western Australia.
• Minimum six months EN experience in aged‑care settings.
• Strong understanding of aged‑care standards and nursing scope of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable weekday availability for AM/PM shifts, 3–4 days per week.
