About the role

The Medical Ward at Goulburn Base Hospital is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver person‑centred care in a rural community. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve high‑quality health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on the medical ward.
• Assist Registered Nurses with clinical assessments and interventions.
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Promote a safe, compassionate environment for patients and visitors.

Required profile

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills within a diverse team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and competence.
