About the role
Join a rural health facility in Goulburn as a Clinical Pharmacist, delivering a comprehensive pharmacy service to the community. You will work within the Southern NSW Local Health District, enjoying a broad clinical scope and greater autonomy in patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive pharmacy service to patients and clients of the SNSW Local Health District.
- Collaborate as a member of a multidisciplinary team to optimise medication therapy and patient outcomes.
Required profile
- Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
- At least three years’ experience in a hospital pharmacy setting after registration.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise workload and maintain high quality standards.
Required skills
- Clinical pharmacy expertise in a hospital environment.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to apply evidence‑based practice and quality improvement principles.
