Enrolled Nurse – Emergency Department (Safe Staffing Levels)

About the role

Join the Emergency Department at Manning Hospital as an Enrolled Nurse and be part of the Safe Staffing Levels rollout. You will deliver exceptional emergency care within improved nurse‑to‑patient ratios, supporting both patients and the wider nursing team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
• Work within the new minimum nurse‑to‑patient ratios to ensure manageable workloads.
• Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Educators and Registered Nurses for guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies.

Required profile

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration.
• Acute care experience, preferably in an emergency or high‑acuity setting.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
