About the role

The Emergency Department at Goulburn Base Hospital is seeking Enrolled Nurses to deliver compassionate, patient‑centred care in a rural setting. Working under the supervision of Registered Nurses, you will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide person‑focused nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other health professionals to ensure safe, effective treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Recent clinical experience relevant to emergency or acute care.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional competence and development.
• Effective verbal and written communication within a diverse team.
