Enrolled Nurse (Community) - Adelaide

About the role

This is a full-time Enrolled Nurse position in Adelaide, part of the Community Care team. You will provide person-centred care by visiting several clients in their homes each shift, supporting them with personal care, medication, wound management and other tasks. The role also includes covering the private school nursing program.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care within the scope of an Enrolled Nurse as per AHPRA registration.
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.
• Provide observations and patient feedback, following company policies and procedures.
• Complete patient notes and documentation accurately and report concerns or issues.
• Provide coverage to the private school nursing program.

Required profile

• Diploma of Nursing with at least 1 year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse, ideally in the community, aged care or disability sectors.
• Ability to work independently, with strong critical thinking, clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to consistent, quality care.

Required skills

• Current AHPRA registration
• National police clearance
• Unrestricted South Australian driver's licence
• Working with Children and NDIS clearances
• Current manual handling, first aid and CPR certificates
• Proof of mandatory vaccinations, including COVID-19 and flu
