Pharmacy Assistant - Rundle Mall

About the role

TerryWhite Chemmart Rundle Mall, in Adelaide's CBD, is looking for a part-time or full-time Pharmacy Assistant. The role suits candidates who want to be the first point of contact for customers in a busy retail pharmacy, with training provided for the right candidate; previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
• Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
• Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
• Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
• Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
• Communicate well with customers and filter enquiries appropriately.

Required profile

• Previous community pharmacy experience (preferred).
• Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin, which is highly regarded given the large Mandarin-speaking customer base.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused mindset.
• Enjoys helping customers and supporting colleagues.
• Right to live and work in Australia.
