Enrolled Nurse - Casual, Yarra Junction

About the role

Estia Health Yarra Valley, an aged care home with mountain views on a quiet residential street near Yarra Junction, is looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse for a casual role. Ongoing training is provided, and the home is described as having strong links to the local community and a warm, friendly team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an aged care home
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
• Empathy, the ability to build rapport with residents, families and visitors, and a desire to make a difference
