Personal Care Worker - Yarra Valley

About the role

Estia Health Yarra Valley, an aged care home with mountain views on a quiet residential street near Yarra Junction, is looking for experienced Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) / Carers to join on a permanent part-time or casual basis. The home is close to the local community and has a warm, friendly team.

Key responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life so residents feel heard, comfortable and well fed
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the team
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active
• Help monitor residents' health and assist with treatments
• Be a friend to residents and respect everyone's privacy and dignity

Required profile

• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Experience working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
