End User Support Technician (Field Desktop)

About the role
Join a dynamic team delivering high‑quality technical support across Brisbane, Canberra and Adelaide airports. You will work onsite, providing hardware, software and networking assistance to ensure seamless end‑user experiences in a fast‑paced airport environment.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues, including Windows 11, Office 365, AD, SCCM, Citrix, basic networking, airport peripherals, MDM/Intune.
- Provide enhanced incident support after escalation from the Service Desk.
- Deliver deskside and kiosk support services to end users.
- Create, review and maintain knowledge articles and support documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering desktop/field services in an enterprise setting.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, O365, SCCM, Citrix, Windows 10/11 and Azure Desktop.
- Experience with Apple devices and/or relevant Microsoft/vendor certifications.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Positive, proactive attitude with excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite five days a week and participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (expenses reimbursed).
