Employment Coordinator (IEA)

About the role

Flourish Australia is looking for an Employment Coordinator to join its Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team in Seven Hills. The position is full-time (76 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday) and sits at Level 4 on the Flourish Australia Enterprise Agreement (2018), equivalent to $92,200-$99,200 per year plus super and tax-free salary packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with people accessing Flourish Australia's services, understand their goals, strengths and challenges, and help them build a personalised pathway to employment.
• Provide practical support with resumes, job applications and interview preparation.
• Build relationships with local employers, identify opportunities and match participants with roles where they can thrive.
• Support all referred participants according to their goals, skills and barriers to employment, and continue coaching and supporting both employees and employers after they start work.
• Track progress, maintain quality records, achieve employment outcomes and KPIs.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in employment services and programs, preferably in disability services, Disability Employment Services, Inclusive Employment Australia or similar.
• Qualifications in training and assessment, employment services, mental health, community services or related fields, or transferrable experience.
• High placement and retention rates in previous job services or customer service roles.
• Current Australian driver's licence.
