About the role

As an Employee Experience Coordinator at LEAP, you will shape the day‑to‑day experience of our people across Australia and New Zealand. Working from Sydney in a hybrid model, you will blend people‑focused initiatives with creative storytelling to make every moment count for our staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences from a new starter’s first morning to milestones and celebrations.
• Manage recognition, benefits and merchandise programmes, ensuring they are organised and genuinely appreciated.
• Own logistics and planning behind the scenes to keep the employee experience running smoothly.
• Develop and publish warm, human‑focused content for the intranet and internal communication channels.
• Coordinate with the Sydney team and other regional offices to deliver consistent experiences.
• Identify moments worth marking and bring ideas to life.
• Leverage AI tools to work smarter and enhance processes.
