Country Learning Manager – Australia & New Zealand

About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Country Learning Manager to shape the capability and confidence of its retail teams across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Retail Excellence Director, you will translate global training vision into local impact while working both on the shop floor and in strategic design.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the training strategy nationally, aligning content with local business objectives.
• Design and deliver training calendars ranging from classroom sessions to in‑store coaching, tailored to market dynamics and seasonal priorities.
• Coach and develop the Field Coach Trainer team, building their capability to deliver consistent, high‑quality training in store.
• Spend regular time on the shop floor, observing, coaching and reinforcing standards alongside teams.
• Tailor deployment to regional needs, partnering closely with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
• Establish KPIs and use performance data to refine training effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships across Retail and HR to align training with business priorities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, driving continuous innovation in training design.

Required profile

• Proven training and development experience within luxury retail or a premium client‑service environment, with a genuine appetite for hands‑on, store‑level engagement.
• Strong capability in coaching, facilitation and training program design and management.
• Sound budgeting and project management skills.
• A caring, adaptable leadership style with genuine investment in developing others.
• Strong inter‑cultural intelligence and a collaborative, data‑informed approach.
