About the role

As a Recruiter in Talent Acquisition, you will attract and connect future talent for Fisher Investments, influencing the firm’s growth and culture. You will work across multiple business units, sourcing and assessing candidates for diverse positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience from first contact through offer.
• Conduct competency‑based phone interviews.
• Maintain detailed candidate evaluation notes and follow internal Talent Acquisition processes.
• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to prioritize and fill roles against quarterly hiring goals.
• Find creative ways to source, attract, and assess talent from diverse pools.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
• Experience hiring for a variety of positions across different departments.
• Proficiency using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Ability to source passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
