About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality emergency care under the guidance of FACEMs and senior clinicians.
• Participate in resuscitations, procedures, and acute management across all age groups.
• Engage in teaching activities, audits, and continuous quality‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required profile

• General, provisional or limited registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience, including at least 6 months in Emergency Medicine.
• Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or equivalent.
• Strong clinical reasoning, teamwork and communication skills.
• ACEM trainees or doctors interested in entering the ACEM training program are encouraged to apply.
