Registered Nurse – Roving Night Duty

About the role

Eldercare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality clinical care and leadership across multiple aged‑care sites in Central Adelaide during night shifts. The role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to make a meaningful impact in diverse environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care to residents across several sites.
• Assess and respond to complex clinical situations promptly.
• Lead and support care staff on each night shift.
• Build effective relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Maintain clinical excellence and provide stability to teams when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision‑making skills.
• Confidence supervising and supporting staff.
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites, sometimes at short notice.
