Email Marketing Senior Specialist

About the role

Join Fever's Marketing & Growth team to develop and execute CRM and customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels, focusing on email, push notifications, and in‑app messages. You will help shape the customer lifecycle and drive retention through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage activation of customer data to create end‑to‑end CRM strategies and communication plans.
• Continuously refine multi‑channel communications and develop retention strategies.
• Support the CRM Manager in defining customer lifecycles, contact strategies, and key client segments.
• Define success metrics for campaigns, own weekly/monthly reporting and conduct deep‑dive analyses.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within mobile/web environments.
• Proficient in English with strong copywriting abilities.
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle a high‑pace workload.
• Commercially savvy, analytical, and data‑driven.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with ESPs such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid.
• Proficient in HTML.
• Experience in A/B testing and dynamic email templates.
