About the role

Ultimate Performance is seeking motivated personal trainers to join its flagship Sydney location in the CBD. You will deliver world‑class, data‑driven training using the U.P. Method, focusing exclusively on personal training without sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualized training programmes based on evidence‑based methods.
• Provide nutrition guidance and accountability to help clients achieve measurable outcomes.
• Mentor and motivate clients throughout their transformation journey.
• Maintain a professional, results‑focused environment in the gym.

Required profile

• Certified with a Cert IV in Personal Training (or equivalent).
• Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency).
• Strong work ethic, growth mindset and passion for changing lives.
