Electrician - Adelaide Metro Portfolio

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield is recruiting an experienced Electrician for a full-time, multi-site role supporting a key client portfolio across Adelaide Metro. Working Monday to Friday, you report to the Account Manager and deliver preventative and reactive electrical maintenance while managing your own daily workload across several sites.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Maintain electrical plant and equipment to a high standard
• Respond to breakdowns and service requests
• Complete maintenance reports and compliance documentation
• Liaise with client stakeholders and support site safety initiatives

Required profile

• Current electrical licence
• 4+ years of post-trade experience
• Experience in commercial, industrial or facilities maintenance environments
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
• Willingness to complete and maintain checks such as a National Police Check, pre-employment medical assessment, White Card and Working at Heights certification
