Earthworks Manager - FIFO

About the role

Exact Contracting is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its team and help deliver remote civil and bulk earthworks, road construction, water infrastructure, agricultural and mining projects. Reporting to Senior Management, you will drive project success, lead day-to-day operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, within budget and on schedule. The role follows a 14 days on, 7 days off FIFO roster.

• Ensure compliance with contractual and KPI requirements
• Control project costs effectively
• Liaise with departments to manage work groups
• Lead from the front, give feedback to employees and manage client relationships

Required profile

• Current driver's licence (essential)
• Extensive earthworks experience in a similar role (essential)
• Cert IV or Diploma in Management, or equivalent
• S1, S2, S3 qualification (desirable)
• Planning, time management and prioritisation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage others
