About the role

Join G8 Education’s Study Pathways Program as a Trainee Educator and work towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while gaining hands‑on experience in a supportive centre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist educators in delivering quality education and care, supporting children’s development and physical needs.
• Observe, document and help record children’s learning and development.
• Contribute to the day‑to‑day operation of the classroom and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

Required profile

• Motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a friendly, energetic attitude.
