About the role

First Steps Learning Academy is looking for a talented and passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join its Exceeding Preschool Centre in Revesby. The centre is supported by an experienced leadership team committed to a positive work environment where children feel at home. Flexible hours are offered so that the role fits a healthy work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to programming, planning and documentation
  • Maintain a high standard of health and safety
  • Build strong relationships with families, the children cared for and the team

Required profile

  • Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
