About the role

Join Harmony Early Education East Brisbane as an Educator on a part‑time or casual basis. You will help create a vibrant, safe, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and inspired.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver play‑rich, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Celebrate each child’s strengths, culture, and learning opportunities.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families and the wider community.
• Promote children’s rights, wellbeing, and joy on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold child and cultural safety policies.

Required profile

• Passionate about early learning with a caring, curious mindset.
• Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or currently studying).
• Commitment to child and cultural safety and understanding of reporting obligations.
• Collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork.
