Early Childhood Educator – Play‑Based Learning

About the role

Join Green Leaves Early Learning as an Educator and inspire children’s imagination through play‑based learning. You will work in a warm, inclusive environment where every day is designed to be fun and educational.

Key responsibilities

• Care for, nurture and develop children’s minds.
• Support the team in meeting curriculum and documentation quality standards.
• Create and deliver learning experiences that promote learning through play.
• Collaborate with colleagues to reflect on practice and achieve best outcomes.
• Build genuine, caring relationships with children and families.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe classroom environment.

Required profile

• ACE‑approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant State‑based child protection certifications.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012) certification.
• Availability for rotating shifts between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.
