E-Commerce, Digital & Merchandising Specialist

About the role

STEDI, a provider of automotive lighting and accessories for 4WD enthusiasts, off-roaders and outdoor adventurers, is looking for an E-Commerce, Digital & Merchandising Specialist in Truganina. The role covers managing and optimising e-commerce platforms, leading digital projects, overseeing website content and SEO, and managing product merchandising and paid advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms (e.g. Magento) to achieve sales goals.
• Lead and coordinate digital projects between internal teams, stakeholders and external vendors.
• Analyse site and customer data to improve user experience and website performance.
• Oversee website content management, SEO strategies and marketing automation.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and relationships with online marketplaces.
• Manage product merchandising, including product taxonomy and category structure, to maximise sales and improve customer navigation.

Required profile

• 2-3 years' experience working with Magento or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong project management abilities and technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Self-starter attitude, adaptable in dynamic environments and customer-centric.
• Interest in automotive or 4WD industries is a bonus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Skilled in various digital marketing tools.
