E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

JAUS, a fast‑growing fashion brand operating in Australia and the United States, is seeking an E‑Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to drive its next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the founder, you will own the end‑to‑end online commercial strategy, from website merchandising to performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Shopify Plus store, ensuring seamless product launches, inventory flow and conversion‑focused merchandising.
• Plan, execute and analyse Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns to acquire new customers and maximise ROAS.
• Develop and run Klaviyo email and SMS programmes, including segmentation, automation and lifecycle messaging.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create on‑site content that supports brand storytelling and drives sales.
• Monitor key performance indicators, produce regular reports and adjust strategies to meet revenue and retention targets.

• Passion for fashion and e‑commerce with a strong commercial mindset.
• Hands‑on experience scaling online stores and digital advertising.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a high‑impact, fast‑moving environment.
