Dump Truck Operator

About the role

Randstad is looking for a reliable and hard-working Bin or Dump Truck Operator to join its team for ongoing work in Montacute, South Australia. The role involves safe operation of site dump trucks and bin trucks, with steady hours and the chance to move into a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate site dump trucks and/or bin trucks
• Assist with site maintenance, including plant shoveling and minor operational upkeep
• Follow all site safety protocols, regulations and pre-start checks
• Work with the site team to keep operations running smoothly

Required profile

• Proven experience driving trucks, with an HR licence, HC licence or similar heavy vehicle background
• Comfortable working a full-time schedule of 5 to 6 days a week (55 to 60 hours)
• A hands-on, proactive attitude, willing to help with shoveling and minor plant maintenance
• Additional plant operation experience (excavators, loaders) is a big advantage
