Driving Instructor – Full‑time

About the role

Become a full‑time, permanent NRMA Driving Instructor and make a lasting impact on road safety within your community. You will deliver tailored lessons based on the NRMA Driver Training Curriculum and develop expertise in the NSW Safer Drivers Course, Older Driver Assessment and corporate driver training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one driving lessons following the NRMA Driver Training Curriculum.
• Deliver the NSW Safer Drivers Course and, after gaining experience, become an Older Driver Assessor.
• Potentially act as an authorised trainer for NRMA’s Corporate Driver Training program.

Required profile

• Valid NSW Driving Instructor Licence.
• Valid NSW C class Driver’s Licence and Working with Children’s Check.
• Willingness to obtain TfNSW Safer Drivers Course accreditation and later Older Driver Assessment qualifications.

Required skills

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of NSW road rules and regulations.
• Effective diary management and ability to adapt to various learning styles.
