Drive-Thru Restaurant Management Roles

About the role

Grill’d is launching its first drive‑thru restaurant in Launceston, Tasmania, and is building a founding management team from day one. The team will shape culture, set standards, and create a vibrant guest experience across restaurant, drive‑thru, and dine‑in areas.

Key responsibilities

• Restaurant Manager: Lead 40‑60 crew members, oversee all operations, manage budgets, P&L and KPIs, and champion community initiatives.
• Drive‑Thru Manager: Own lane flow, ensure speed, quality and sales targets while coaching the team.
• Assistant Restaurant Managers: Support daily operations, drive sales, maintain high standards and develop team members.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong people‑first mindset with a focus on coaching, development and community engagement.

Required skills

• Experience managing restaurant or fast‑food operations, including staffing, scheduling and compliance.
• Ability to analyse financial performance, control budgets and meet KPI targets.
