Draftsperson – Fixed-term (Maternity Cover)

About the role

BESIX Watpac is looking for a Draftsperson to join the Engineering Solutions team on a fixed‑term basis covering maternity leave until the end of January 2028. You will develop and communicate advanced engineering and construction methodology studies and produce detailed design concepts for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the in‑house engineering team with complex methodologies, sequencing plans, temporary works and detailed 2D/3D structural designs.
• Assist tender submissions by preparing methodologies, installation strategies, 3D visualisations and cranage and logistics plans.
• Work with the Digital Engineering Lead to enhance Revit capabilities, including template development, database management, family creation and drawing tools.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance and ensure effective project document control across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar drafting role using Revit and AutoCAD, preferably on building structures or engineering projects.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills at all organisational levels.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a methodical technical approach.
