About the role
A leading pool manufacturer is looking for an experienced Dogman (1-2 years' experience) for ongoing work at its Tomago facility. The role is hands-on, involving precision lifting of fibreglass pools, assistance with yard operations and general labouring tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Dogging and lifting fibreglass pool shells and components
- Assisting with loading and unloading pools and yard movements
- Following all site safety procedures and lifting protocols
- Working collaboratively to meet production and installation schedules
- General labouring and yard support as required
Required profile
- White Card (OHS Construction Induction)
- Dogman Ticket
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
- Skilled operator who values safety and precision, with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude
