About the role

An exceptional leadership opportunity has arisen within Robert Half's ANZ team. Based in the Brisbane office, the Division Manager (Technology) will drive the technology recruitment practice, shaping client relationships and growing the talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of consultants while collaborating across the Brisbane office.
• Develop existing client relationships, recapture business and drive new business development.
• Strengthen internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Hire, onboard and retain high‑performing staff, fostering an inclusive, high‑performing sales culture.

Required profile

• Proven track record of upper‑quartile recruitment performance.
• Experience building, mentoring and developing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional results for clients and candidates.
