Distribution & Planning Coordinator – Logistics

About the role

Tronox is seeking a proactive Distribution & Planning Coordinator to join its Henderson site in Western Australia. In this full‑time position you will optimise logistics processes, ensure on‑time delivery of finished goods and support customer satisfaction while controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing finished‑goods inventory across warehouse locations and coordinate replenishment.
• Prepare and attach all required shipping documentation for loads.
• Support the handling of finished products in ocean and rail containers for customers.
• Drive Order‑to‑Delivery (OTD) performance at the lowest possible cost.
• Ensure safe and planned loading of containers and trucks.
• Investigate logistics issues promptly, including carrier‑related problems.
• Comply with all relevant laws, safety regulations and internal controls.
• Approve invoices and assist in dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and willingness to develop new skills.

Required skills

• SAP (experience highly desired).
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
