Dispute Resolution Consultant - Travel Guard

About the role

Zurich is hiring a Dispute Resolution Consultant to support its Travel Guard claims customers. Reporting to the Partnerships Dispute Resolution Team Manager, you will manage Travel Guard complaints from initial review through to resolution, working closely with key partners to reach clear, considered and fair outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess complaints objectively and write clear responses while keeping leaders informed
• Partner with senior stakeholders to resolve complex matters
• Collaborate with claims teams and external partners
• Use complaint insights to improve the Travel Guard customer journey and the IDR process

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in travel or general insurance
• Strong knowledge of property and motor claims
• Ability to engage stakeholders clearly on compliance risks and dispute strategies
• Customer-first approach, empathy and sound judgement in resolving complaints

Required skills

• Navigating insurance legislation, codes, policies and processes
• Building trusted relationships and writing clear, empathetic correspondence
