About the role
A recruitment company is looking for a Disability Support Worker to join its client's team in Tumbi Umbi. The participant is a middle-aged man who was involved in an accident resulting in a spinal cord injury. Shifts are available on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
Key responsibilities
- Meal preparation
- Domestic tasks
- Community access (a full Australian driver's licence is required)
Required profile
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- Two current references
Required skills
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation module and Supporting Effective Communication module
- Full Australian driver's licence
- Positive attitude and flexibility with shift times
What we offer
- Pay of $45 per hour on days, $49.50 per hour in the afternoon, $63 per hour on Saturday and $81 per hour on Sunday
