Director / Teacher - Early Childhood Education

About the role

Campbelltown Kindergarten (C&K) is looking for a Director/Teacher to lead a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment at its Longreach Community Kindergarten, serving children, their families and the wider community. The position starts in January 2027 and is permanent part time, working Mondays, Tuesdays and alternate Wednesdays for 37.5 hours a fortnight.

Required profile

• An ACECQA-approved Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Certificate.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card and a current Police Check.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards, the Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.

All C&K employees must undergo a police check and not be a Restricted Person or Suspended Educator under the QLD Blue Card system. The employer welcomes Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants, CALD backgrounds and applicants with additional needs.
