About the role

The Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services at Mackay Base Hospital is seeking a Director of Infrastructure and Assets on a permanent basis. This senior position provides strategic leadership for the delivery of infrastructure and asset management services across the health service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for building, engineering, maintenance, medical equipment, capital works projects and property management.
• Ensure compliance with policy and support health service delivery through effective infrastructure management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in infrastructure and asset management within a health or large‑scale facilities environment.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and align works with operational, clinical and strategic objectives.
