About the role
Genpact is seeking a Director to lead enterprise risk advisory engagements across its global client base. You will shape risk frameworks, guide senior stakeholders, and ensure high‑impact solutions are delivered in a fast‑moving, AI‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic risk advisory engagements across business units.
- Develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks and controls.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to address emerging risks and ensure compliance.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering high‑impact risk solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or related field; MBA or Master’s in Risk Management preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA or ITIL 4 Foundation.
- Proven experience in risk advisory, program management and information security.
