Digital Specialist

About the role

Nestlé Nutrition & Health is looking for an energetic, digitally savvy Digital Specialist to support digital initiatives across the ANZ Nutrition & Health portfolio. The role works closely with Marketing, Commercial, Medical and Regulatory teams and agency partners to run and optimise digital and eBusiness initiatives that drive brand growth, consumer engagement, lead generation and commercial performance. It can be based in Rhodes (Sydney), Chadstone (Melbourne) or another location.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimisation of integrated digital and eBusiness initiatives across websites, CRM, e-retailers, social media and other digital platforms.
• Manage and optimise brand websites and digital content, including SEO/AI Discovery initiatives, keeping content current and aligned with brand strategy.
• Monitor digital performance and KPIs, turn data into insights and find ways to improve performance.
• Support omni-channel journeys for consumers and healthcare professionals.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical, Commercial and Regulatory stakeholders, and work with digital and media agencies and technology providers.
• Ensure digital activity meets brand, governance, data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, eBusiness or consumer engagement.
• Experience delivering digital campaigns and using content management systems.
• Experience partnering with digital agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exposure to FMCG, healthcare, nutrition or consumer goods is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills, monitoring performance and developing reports.
• Advantageous: CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, SEO, SEM and digital performance optimisation.
