Digital Performance Specialist

About the role

This position supports Domain's Customer Media team in executing, optimizing and measuring digital performance campaigns for key clients across Domain‑owned and partner platforms. You will manage campaigns from launch through reporting, collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end digital campaign performance, providing insights and improving ROI.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimise customer bookings against performance goals.
• Share expertise on campaign management and recommend actions to drive results.
• Explore new platforms and test new traffic sources to expand advertising opportunities.
• Identify and nurture key customers to increase their activity with Domain.
• Maintain strong relationships with key account partners, ad‑tech teams and external agencies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in a media company or agency.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Digital Media, Marketing, IT, Data Science or a related field.
• Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint or Google Ad Manager are highly desirable.

• Google Ads, Google Ad Manager (DFP), DV360 (DBM), Campaign Manager (DCM), Meta Ads Manager.
• Salesforce CRM.
• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis).
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Basic HTML, ad tags and tag‑management systems.
• Programmatic advertising, analytics tools and data‑management platforms.
