Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

A privately owned Australian house of consumer brands, already in Kmart, pharmacies, Woolworths and major retailers, is hiring a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist in Melbourne. The role owns the whole conversion funnel, from ad creative and hooks to landing pages and Meta campaign management, and is open to part-time, full-time or contract arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Build persona maps and create ad concepts, hooks and scripts (UGC, EGC, lo-fi) for each persona
• Design high-converting landing pages matched to each persona
• Launch, optimise and scale Meta campaigns, managing spend and accountability for returns
• Run a weekly testing loop: scale winners, cut losers
• By day 90, establish a repeatable system of persona, ad, page and scale

Required profile

• 1-3+ years in DTC or e-commerce paid creative or performance content
• Proven track record of scaling profitable Meta ads as budget grows
• Experience building or shipping landing pages; Replo or CRO experience is a strong plus
• Fluent with AI tools for creative, copy and pages
• PR or Australian/NZ citizenship required; a work visa is not sufficient
