Digital Performance & CRM Specialist

About the role

Bondi Wash is seeking a performance‑focused Digital Performance & CRM Specialist to own paid media, CRM and analytics. This hands‑on role sits within a small, fast‑growing team and works directly with the Head of Marketing, offering end‑to‑end ownership of campaigns and data insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid media across Meta, Google and Pinterest – from campaign setup to audience logic, budget pacing and ROAS/CAC performance.
• Brief and coordinate digital creative assets, test variations and feed learnings back into the creative process.
• Partner with the paid‑media agency on strategy, reporting and execution.
• Write, design and schedule weekly email campaigns; build, automate and optimise Klaviyo flows and segmentation.
• Elevate existing CRM and EDM technical delivery.
• Monitor and report on campaign, channel and CRM performance with actionable commentary.
• Maintain UTM governance, attribution logic and reporting integrity across Triple Whale, GA4 and Klaviyo.
• Lead experimentation using AI‑enabled marketing tools.

Required profile

• 3–5 years hands‑on experience in performance marketing, CRM or e‑commerce.
• Deep working knowledge of Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and GA4.
• Confident use of AI tools to increase efficiency.
• Strong design eye and excellent writing skills.
• Detail‑oriented, calm and high standards of execution.
• Thrives in a small team environment with end‑to‑end ownership.
