Digital Marketing Strategist (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join ELY Marketing on a part‑time remote basis. You will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of ambitious Australian businesses, shaping strategy, creating compelling campaigns and driving measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client strategy: build strong relationships, understand business goals and develop commercially‑focused marketing plans.
• Design content and campaign strategies: create monthly social media plans, write high‑quality copy and guide creative direction.
• Manage paid media: launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok, write ad copy and monitor performance.
• Analyse performance and reporting: translate data into insights, prepare recommendations and focus on long‑term growth.
• Pod leadership: oversee a creative production pod, provide direction, review work and maintain world‑class quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
• Commercially minded, curious and obsessed with quality.
• Ability to think beyond the brief and propose growth‑focused solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
