Digital Marketing Specialist – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our luxury hotel and restaurant brand in Australia. You will work closely with the existing sales and marketing team, providing strategic digital expertise across social media, email, website, SEO and paid advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for Instagram and Facebook, creating a rolling content calendar and advising on formats such as Reels, carousels and Stories.
• Manage HubSpot CRM, design targeted EDM campaigns and build automated workflows.
• Oversee WordPress website updates, conduct quarterly SEO audits, and implement on‑page optimisation, keyword research and local SEO.
• Handle Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (retargeting, look‑alike, conversion campaigns), including creative briefings and A/B testing.
• Monitor Google Search Console, Analytics and Business Profiles, delivering monthly traffic and conversion reports.
• Provide monthly reporting, recommendations and attend at‑least one onsite meeting in Daylesford.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of digital marketing within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Ability to translate data and platform changes into actionable strategies.
• Willingness to travel to Daylesford for monthly onsite meetings.
