Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own paid search and paid social for two subscription‑based ecommerce brands. You will manage budgets, forecasts and results, and directly influence acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid search and paid social across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta, with a 50/50 channel split.
• Set and manage budgets, build forecasts and ensure spend aligns with new‑customer, CPO and ROAS targets.
• Analyse performance data, extract insights and present clear recommendations to the Head of Acquisition.
• Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for performance reporting.
• Design and execute test‑and‑learn programmes covering audiences, creative, offers and bidding.
• Support the launch and scaling of a new brand, and expand remit to affiliates and referral programmes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in paid search and paid social, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong analytical mindset – you want to know why a number moved, not just that it did.
• Comfort presenting performance insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Interest in how AI is reshaping search, bidding and measurement.
