Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Acute Care & Monitoring portfolio in the ANZ market. You will plan and execute digital campaigns, manage website content, and provide data‑driven insights to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance against KPIs.
• Manage website updates using Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS.
• Support SEO initiatives and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, sales, medical affairs and external agencies to deliver digital assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management or demand generation.
• Strong project management, organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo or HubSpot.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS.
• Understanding of SEO, email marketing, lead nurturing and digital analytics.
