Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Monoova is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and manage multiple marketing channels that drive lead generation and brand awareness for its payment platform. You will work closely with internal creators and external agencies to deliver data‑driven campaigns across web, email, paid media, SEO and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with content writer and graphic designer to produce website copy, case studies, whitepapers, product one‑pagers and digital ads.
• Build and maintain landing pages, blogs and press releases using the company CMS.
• Create and schedule e‑mail newsletters and nurture campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics 360.
• Develop performance reports for each channel and ensure accurate analytics and CRM tracking.
• Manage paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) through a digital agency and report results to the business.
• Own paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, including budgeting, targeting and optimisation.
• Coordinate with the SEO specialist to optimise existing content for AI/SEO and oversee technical SEO requirements with the web developer.
• Support the Head of GTM with LinkedIn/Meta content, maintain the social media calendar and assist at sponsored events.

• Passionate, self‑motivated and able to manage workload independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on lead tracking and performance metrics.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
