Digital Marketing Specialist – eCommerce & Digital Shelf

About the role

Colgate‑Palmolive is seeking a data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own the end‑to‑end digital experience of its products across online retail platforms. You will act as the bridge between internal teams and external retail partners, ensuring our products not only appear online but also win market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital shelf execution from commercial planning to live listing, including product content syndication and optimisation of titles, descriptions and A+ content.
• Own the digital measurement tool, analyse performance against KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead implementation, maintenance and optimisation of brand‑stores, website and product description pages (PDPs) in line with platform specifications.
• Oversee the full ratings & reviews lifecycle, from briefing and generation to syndication, while managing budget and strategy.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Search & Digital Experience Lead, Brand Managers, eCommerce, Customer Development and internal digital teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital, category or customer management, eCommerce, or brand marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships between internal teams and external retail partners.
